Training Plans
At Ascend Performance and Rehabilitation we offer individual training plans based on an athlete's goals, current physical condition, and available resources. We incorporate specific exercise testing relative to your sport to set a baseline and track progress throughout the training plan with follow-up assessments.

We offer a variety of different types of plans: Custom Plans, Pre-Built Plans, Subscription Plans, and Direct Coaching and Training. Each varies in length, follow-up, and tracking to best provide for the structure an individual desires.

All plans are broken down into Basic or Comprehensive Plans. A Basic Plan covers one primary anatomical area or focus. For example: The wrist, maximum finger strength, finger aerobic capacity, the knee, or the shoulder. A Comprehensive Plan covers multiple different areas and includes cross-training. For example: Upper extremity performance, bouldering specific training, throwing mechanics, running specific training, or route climbing specific training.

Finally, all plans are divided into two categories: Performance or Rehabilitation. Performance based plans are designed to drive an athlete to a new higher level of activity, strength, endurance, or speed. Typically, an athlete should be mostly injury free in order to get the most out of a performance based plan. Rehabilitation Plans are designed for the athlete that is currently injured or overcoming an injury. These plans are designed to properly rehab the injury and enable the athlete to fully return pain free to activity and move on to a performance based training plan.​
Custom Training Plans
Custom training plans are designed to initially evaluate an athlete's current performance level and construct a plan that will enable the athlete to attain a higher level of athletic performance. Each plan is designed specifically for the athlete to work on weaknesses and fortify strengths.
Pre-Built Training Plans
We provide specific training plans based on an athlete's goals, rehabilitation, and specific needs. The pre-built training plans cover different athletic goals and specific anatomical areas. These plans are available individually for purchase and consist of an overview of the workout, tracking, and instructional videos.
Subscription Training Plans
The subscription training plans consist of different levels of monthly subscriptions that grant access to multiple Pre-Built Training Plans.
Direct Coaching and Training
These training plans involve direct contact with constant overview, assessments, and feedback. These plans are limited to a certain number of clients at a time.
